Zumba-Fitness is a fitness program that combines Latin American rhythms with easy-to-follow movements. During the class, all the extra fat is burned and one can lose a large amount of unnecessary kilograms.

Alberto Perez, a fitness instructor from Columbia, created this fitness program. It is based on the fact that the body of people who take this workout gets the aerobic exercise and the nervous system does not get tired due to effective influence of music on people’s subconsciousness. This fitness program does not only allow a person to lose weight, but it also keeps your body in a constant good sports shape allowing to get positive emotions, optimism, a blast of energy and vivacity for the whole day.

A set of simple rhythmic movements is a basis of this fitness direction. They are carried out to a certain music (a simplified version of merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton, which combines the elements of rumba, mambo, calypso and flamenco). Zumba-Fitness will make you fall in love with workout and with sport!

Over an hour of workout one can burn extra calories and at the same time you feel a blast of energy that improves your mood.
